MAIN BARN
The expansive main stall barn has 24 stalls ranging from 11x12 to 10x20, and has adequate ventilation with two wide concrete aisles. With no overhead haylofts in the main barn, the problem of hay particles and dust falling through the air for your horse to breathe is eliminated.
6 small stalls were recently converted into 3 larger 10x20 stalls, all stalls were re-leveled and re-matted.
Steel yoked stall gates can be installed on all stalls for enhanced equine socialization.
All of the stalls in the Main Barn will be available for Standard and Premium Care board, with the 6 largest stalls only available at the Premium Care board level.
INDOOR ARENA
The brand new all-weather sand footing, eve lights and high-powered metal halide lights in the huge 180' x100' indoor arena make for a well-lit and very comfortable ride day or night.
The heated observation room with full kitchen, pull-up bar, tables, chairs, 2 restrooms, and owner’s office are conveniently located adjacent to the indoor.
OUTDOOR ARENA
A fantastic, large outdoor riding arena with all-weather sand footing and stadium lighting.
